My name is Beverly Milligan White. I am a local, born and raised in Savannah, TN
I have been in the Property Management Business in Pickwick since 1998, and started my own company in 2000. 
Two of my sisters are part of my cleaning crew and help out in the office, Sondra McKellips and Lara Bonee.
Along with Lisa Whittington and her team, they strive to maintain clean and
well stocked vacation rental homes.
We offer a variety of vacation cabins and homes on and around Pickwick Lake.

For those of you not familiar with Pickwick Lake, there are a few things you will want to know.
Pickwick Lake is on the Tennessee River.  
Tennessee, Mississippi, & Alabama meet in the lake.

Pickwick Lake extends from Pickwick Dam at Counce, TN to Wilson Dam at Florence, AL. 
There are several large coves branching off the main lake, the most famous one being Yellow Creek.
 
Grand Harbor Marina and Aqua Yacht Harbor are located on this cove, with the TN/Tom waterway leading to the gulf coast. 
We also have Bear Creek, Mill Creek, Dry Creek, Wet Stone, Zippy, and Eastport.

Year round fishing is a passion,  seasonal boating, swimming, tubing, & water skiing. 

​We have shopping, museums, restaurants, parks, golf, walking trails, boat, canoe, & kayak rental available.   

We have much civil war history in the area.
Shiloh National Military Park is just minutes from Pickwick Lake.

Savannah TN has the Tennessee River Museum.

Corinth also has much information to share for history buffs.
