We require a Credit Card to be held on file.
You must be 25 years old to make a reservation.
A damage deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve the property.
Holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. These weekends require a 3 night minimum. There is no refund on Holidays unless we are able to re-rent the property.
Regular weekends are a 2 night minimum.
No Refunds due to weather, power or equipment failures, golfing or fishing conditions.
Enjoy great fishing off the dock or shoreline, but no fish bait in the house. Fish are great to eat, but fishy smells in the house cannot be tolerated.
Clean up fee is $150.00. There is no daily maid service, however, if you rent the property for a week, we will have the towels and linens washed at least one time during the week at no additional charge to you. After you leave the property, our housekeeper will clean the house. We ask that you leave the kitchen clean, dishes in the dishwasher, bag all trash and place trash at the street, lock the deadbolts only, close all windows, turn off all AC units, be sure the remote controls are with each AC unit as well as the two TV’s, turn off all lights, return the keys to the key-box and lock the gate at the top of the driveway. If any remotes are lost, you will be charged a minimum of $50.00 to replace it.
We provide linens, some towels, utensils, etc., a starter roll of paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, at least one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, starter garbage bag for each garbage can. Bring your own beach towels to use at the lake.
This property is privately owned. Please be careful with the furnishings. At no time is anyone allowed to sit on the upholstered furniture with wet clothes. Please use the plastic chairs to sit in when you are wet.
We have a basketball court. Please bring your own ball.
We have a charcoal grill. You must provide your own charcoal.
